Problems with deposit
The most common problem with payment transactions is that a player has ordered a transaction, but the money has not yet arrived. In case of deposits, our administration cannot speed up this process in any way: the money will appear on the balance as soon as it arrives, and you should double-check whether the payment has actually gone through and contact the administration of the bank or payment system.
